Welcome to my professional online profile

Finally completed the updates for this website. The header image used to carry the title Eat’s All Food, but because my work has evolved beyond the culinary, I’m using this temporary butterfly tree as header image for now. It resonates with recent life changes, personal growth and emerging (exciting!) career paths. Feel free to view my recent posts on my creative work and bespoke tours in the home page, as well as a summary of my tourism work and my other services by clicking on the main pages above.

Thanks again to Nina Fuentes for hosting this site.

Below are 15 samples of some of the packaging product descriptors, culinary applications and some recipe research & development which helped develop and reinforce brands, and other types of creative/food writing I’ve done in the last 10 years. (Other projects are not yet out in the market, while some work were press release material published in national and regional publications).

Creative Work for Tourism Branding & Promotions

Here are just some of the projects I produced for the Angeles City I Like! Branding Campaign for 2011-2013, based on my concept and storyboard, as well as editorial and creative direction (photo/videography) and supervision of in-house graphic artists. Work also included copy/script writing  and a few selected photos used for various media and promotional platforms. (Not part of my tourism work for the local government but consider the advertising value as my personal public service contribution to Angeles City tourism and the local community). Gastronomic Belt concept – part of culinary tourism’s Cluster Marketing approach for Angeles City’s gastronomic attractions, 2011

Eat your way through Angeles City’s GASTRONOMIC BELT!

Angeles City's gastronomic belt

Angeles City sits on the culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga. Rich in history, Angeles is home to Kapampangans and Filipinos from all over the country, as well as many foreign retirees who like to enjoy the laidback country life and the comforts of city living, all in one place. Through the years, this independent, cosmopolitan city has transformed into a melting pot of flavours – from home-grown eateries, international restaurants to fantastic food finds. Thanks to its central location, visitors from Manila and the rest of the region can take a short trip by car, bus or by plane via the Clark International Airport to Angeles City and indulge in its worldclass culinary treasures! The city’s Gastronomic Belt is home to a long strip of restaurants located on five connecting main avenues. Begin your delicious journey at the heart of the city’s entertainment district, Balibago, with Kapampangan home fare and exotica, and authentic Chinese cuisine dotting the MacArthur Highway. This culinary mecca goes all the way to the Fields District where you can take pleasure in a wild mix of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Western favorites. From here, move forward to Don Juico Avenue for a diverse variety of European, Mexican and Japanese experience. Turn to Fil-Am Friendship Highway and savour this long stretch of hot and spicy Korean delights all the way to Friendship Circumferential Road, where you will uncover more of the city’s gastronomic secrets.
